September 2024 Studio News + UpdatesGreetings!With the beautiful fall weather finally arriving, we turn the page to a new season. I've been busy working on a new series for an upcoming exhibit - online with Artburst Studios, and also developing a new creative workshop, Listen to Create: Discover Intuitive Art, where you can spend a day diving into your own creative process, or simply quiet down to get some perspective on your life. Creativity and self-inquiry go hand in hand. In order to create, you must confront yourself. My years as a teacher of yoga and psychology are finding new expression in these workshops and in my own work. If you would like tools to discover your own creative voice, please join me! We are gearing up for the annual Crestone Artists Open Studio tour next month, and another first Friday event in Denver - the last of the year. And, Steve and I are excited to host our first open studio event at our Lakewood studios! I recently interviewed three experienced yoga teachers on their own journeys with yoga over decades of practice. Cindy Lusk, Jeanie Manchester and Alison Litchfield.
